1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of mf999 services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, which will be verified via SMS. Each individual may hold only one account on the mf999 platform. Duplicate accounts will be identified and all associated accounts will be suspended, with any outstanding balances subject to forfeiture.

Account Security Obligations

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mf999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where available. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. mf999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be subject to reversal. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your mf999 account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
• mf999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in the registered account holder's own name.

Withdrawal Rules

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mf999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating or operating a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any connected game. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live game, sports betting market, or tournament.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or at any point during account use.

mf999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. The determination of whether prohibited activity has occurred rests solely with mf999, and such determinations are final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mf999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the mf999 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

mf999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. mf999 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform stability and security, but accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical errors, or third-party service failures that affect the platform.

10. Amendments and Termination

mf999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, mf999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the mf999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

mf999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases of account closure due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases of account closure for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard identity verification.

11. Governing Law
